When done well, scaling will improve communication, transparency, collaboration, and trust; all of which will lead to better results. Striving to become an agile organization has its many challenges though, and we’d love to help you figure out how to navigate those so that you can get better results.
Sticky Agile’s method for teaching scaling provides the participants with opportunities to increase their knowledge of scaling by defining scaling and why it’s being used in organizations across the globe to create new products, processes, or procedures. Through engaging activities, we’ll describe and assess patterns and anti-patterns often associated with scaling and compare case studies to identify pitfalls, best practices, and discover what would work best in your organization. We’ll explore the risks of a pre-configured approach vs a changing, evolving, and growing one and highlight the importance of proper change management work.
